The banquets of the Roman times

In this opera there’s a banquets.

At those banquets take part only mens served by ancielles.

This banquet occuped much times in the day.

Principally it’s served pork, beef, goats, fish.

And this banquet is very decorate with plants, leaves of olive trees.

And my ricept is “olive all’ascolana” because the banquets decorations reminds me of the olives.

For 100 pieces

  • 1Kg of green olives
  • 100g of beef
  • 100g pork
  • 100g chicken
  • half onion
  • 80g parmesan
  • 1 cup whit vine
  • 1 egg
  • 30g breadcrumbs
  • salt q.b.
  • half a carrot
  • half a celery
